Chickpea noodle soup for the vegan's soul


I've been sick. And I also broke my toe. But this soup changes everything, at least for the moment. It's in Veganomicon so you'll have to get the recipe that way you cheapskates.

Awesome, they smell so good. And how often do noodles smell good? I mean, they usually don't smell like anything.

I gave a copy of VwaV to a local eatery owner, because they have a few amazing vegan things, but not enough. They recently took a week's vacation around Labor Day, and the female (mommy) owner there said there were a few things in the book she was thinking of adding to the menu. (Their cupcakes aren't even vegan; maybe I should give them a copy of Vegan Cupcakes too!)
