Vegan Cupcakes Take Over The World
There you have it, the title of our new cupcake book "Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World." Terry and I have been baking cupcakes non stop. Somehow I gained 10 pounds and she has gained none. I guess it’s a testament to how hard I’ve been working and how much I believe in the cupcakes. It will be out in the Fall of  '06.

Edit - I accidently wrote Fall '07, it's actually Fall of this year! Fixed!

Oh my GOD! Those are the words that fell out of my mouth when I saw those photos. These cupcakes are GORGEOUS!!!! The banana split ones are a masterpiece. Any of my family/friends who have "issues" with vegan fare I'm refering directly to this page.

The coconut lime ones look DELISH. I'm totally addicted to coconut-lime-rum-(and sometimes banana) cupcakes right now. Creamed coconut (a crazy british invention) is the most wonderful oil substitute. And coconut-y!
