October is a long time to wait, it will definately be worth it though. I'd love to go ahead and try out the Fronch Toast with Tempeh Bacon, if you don't mind sharing the recipe now.

Wow. The tempeh bacon looks amazing, as does the tofu curry, as does everything else.

Do you know if the book will be distributed widely? For example, will I be able to just order it off of amazon?

Those pics look awesome. I have been vegan for over a year now and I have just not figured out the cooking side of it yet. I was going to a potluck yesterday and I discovered theppk.com and I am so excited. I have always loved to cook, but as I said cooking vegan has always been hard for me, but your recipies are getting me so excited! Now with pics and a whole book coming out I can't wait. THANKS!
